This week, I say farewell to the rabid Godzilla creature that’s been my upstairs neighbor for nearly 7 months. I’m moving just a bit down the road to a place with no shared walls, ceilings, or floors. And this makes me happy.
I’m also one week away from hopping a plane to my hometown of Houston, Texas (contain your excitement). I know I have a fair share of readers in the Lone Star State, especially following the Serious Business conference. So, I promised to share details about where and when you can find me while I’m in town. Three gigs — one private and two public. I hope to see you at one of the two.
Week of March 4: Guest Lecturer In-Residence — Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston
I’m an alum of the University of Houston and am completely honored to have been invited late last year to be a guest lecturer for one the nation’s top three entrepreneurship programs. I get to speak with students and will have office hours throughout the week for any student who wants a custom Bitch Slap. I don’t think that’s what we’ll be calling it, though. Note: this is a private series of events and not open to the public.
